AI Tools for OD Pros is a fast‑paced, one‑hour session for Organizational Development practitioners who want practical, low‑risk ways to use AI on real client work, not theory. Grounded in the Action Research Model, the session will touch on how large language models, (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.), can streamline data collection, feedback, consolidating metrics & generating action plans that don’t appear as if it was written by AI, all while keeping the client relationship and human judgment at the center. Participants will see how AI can cut time spent on survey data, focus‑group summaries, and project charters by turning messy inputs into clear scopes of work, draft reports, and action plan options.
