OD practitioners are working in the middle of it every day. This session doesn’t look away from that. Instead, it asks a better question: what if the rubble isn’t the end of the story? What if it’s the material? In regenerative systems, there is no waste even when something old must die to make room for something new. Together, we’ll name what’s breaking down honestly and without softening, then move into sector-based breakout rooms to co-create vivid images of what tomorrow could look like if we do our work well — in healthcare, education, government, and in the OD field itself.
