In today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) times, managing one’s career can be challenging. Understanding and managing the new career paradigms (e.g., the shift from hob security to employability security) is essential for facilitating professional and career development for employees at all levels.
This presentation will provide a four-step model for career development and help participants understand their career path preference drivers and motives that maximize job satisfaction. Additionally, participants will be introduced to a Flourishing in Life Career model by exploring one’s work/family integration, relationships, legacy, and health/well-being.
