Zaimah Khan is a former community college teacher and mother who is passionate about educational reform and preparing the youth of the world for the future. Her position as a Human Capital and Organization Development Consultant has put her front and center with companies looking to develop their workforce, which in turn has helped her understand that heading into the Fourth Industrial Revolution we all need to shore up our soft skills and ensure that we develop such skills in our youth. She believes it is imperative for educators and business leaders to look towards the future and move schools out of a system that was created over 100 years ago.
