Jonathan Pugh is an independent consultant who helps organizations develop strategic human capital solutions that meet the new expectations of employees while simultaneously improving business performance. Following the historic disruption in the labor force brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, a major focus of his work is on employee well-being and the emerging concept of the “healthy organization.” Jonathan is a regular speaker at international, national, state-level, and local conferences and programs.
