Speaker Bio
Ray Johnson is on a mission to help managers successfully build and optimize their organizations. He has been a founder, president, director, and owner of 15 privately held companies, with more than 500 employees in total.
Ray has been studying “business success” for more than 30 years. He was one of the youngest people ever admitted to the Harvard Business School where he earned his MBA. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Florida where his dissertation research is focused on small business success factors.
