As the President of Scarangella Consulting LLC., she is a thought leader focused on HR economics, talent strategy, leadership development, data-driven decision-making, and executive coaching. She recently retired from her role as the VP of Talent and Enterprise Learning at GEICO, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc, after 37 years to launch her business.
