He is a Senior Counselor in Process & Innovation Management, Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, and Accelerated Performance Improvement and Policy Deployment. Additionally, he provided input on the original design of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and facilitated its crossover to other nations and regions, including the Bahamas, Japan, South America, Europe and the Czech Republic. Frank is also a noted author and series editor of over 45 books and hundreds of articles and technical papers in the field of innovation, business management, change management and process improvement.
