Our featured guest speaker, Carol Rosener, will lead us in an interactive discussion to identify what the opportunities, responsibilities, interventions and resources available for OD professionals as a result of the pandemic crises due to COVID19.

Carol Rosener has Leadership and Organization Development experience with industries from Nuclear to Healthcare Insurance. She’s facilitated a USAid Conference in Agra, India, and coaches leaders so they can forward their strengths and grow in directions to affect high performance.
Many of the leaders Carol has worked with through 360-degree feedback instruments and other assessments, have gone on to influence a wide range of people. She earned her certificate in Diversity and Inclusion through e-Cornell in 2019 and resides in Florida.
