Join us for this interactive session with OD practitioners from around the world! OD practitioners have been assisting leaders for more than 40 years in their quest to build inclusive organization cultures with some but not enough success. Immediately following the death of George Floyd and with calls from the Black Lives Matter Movement, organizations felt a greater sense of urgency and quickly pivoted to speed up their initiatives by increasing human and monetary resources. The question for OD practitioners, particularly those who are internal, is what more can be done to create cultures where BIPOC employees in particular feel valued, respected, and acknowledged. This question and others will be explored during this session.
