What does it truly mean to lead regeneration—not just sustainability—in today’s complex, interconnected world?
Join the Global Institute of Organization Development Network (GIODN) for apowerful and thought-provoking presentation with Mercedes Martin, a global thought leader in regenerative leadership and systems transformation.
In this session, Mercedes will introduce two innovative leadership frameworks designed to enable a new class of OD practitioners—leaders who inspire meaningful change at every level: personal, organizational, and systemic. Drawing on real-world
application and deep systems insight, this session challenges traditional leadership models and invites participants into a regenerative way of thinking, being, and leading.
Participants will explore:
- What Regenerative Leadership looks like in practice—not just theory
- How OD practitioners can shift from problem-solving to life-affirming, future-creating leadership
- How metaphors such as MMC’s Raft and River illuminate leadership choices in times of uncertainty
- Why regeneration requires inner development, collective responsibility, and global alignment
- This session serves as both a standalone learning experience and a gateway into a deeper transformational journey.
