This presentation will provide a four-step model for career development and help participants understand their career path preference drivers and motives that maximize job satisfaction. Additionally, participants will be introduced to a Flourishing in Life Career model by exploring one’s work/family integration, relationships, legacy, and health/well-being.

Kenneth M. Nowack, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist (PSY 1358) and the Co-Founder and Senior Research Officer of Envisia Learning, Inc., a global leader in assessment and technology solutions. With over thirty years of experience, Dr. Nowack has made significant contributions to the fields of habit and behavior change, 360-degree feedback, leadership development, and health psychology. He holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Nowack is the acclaimed author of Clueless: Coaching People Who Just Don’t Get It and From Insight to Improvement: Leveraging 360-Degree Feedback and his latest book published by Association of Training & Development Performance Feedback Strategies: Driving Successful Behavior Change available in early 2025. His extensive research and numerous publications have influenced best practices in human resource development and organizational effectiveness. His expertise spans executive development, career management, individual and team coaching, and corporate wellness programs, impacting public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Recognized for his valuable insights in learning and development, Dr. Nowack is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association’s Division 13: Society of Consulting Psychology and is the outgoing Editor-in-Chief of the Consulting Psychology Journal. He is also a member of Daniel Goleman’s Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations.
