In today’s fast-paced, post-pandemic business environment, organizations are pushing for continuous transformation to stay competitive. But at what cost? Leaders especially women are bearing the brunt of this relentless pace, often sacrificing their own well-being to drive organizational success. This session offers a compelling and practical exploration of how organizations can balance ambitious change initiatives while protecting their most valuable asset: their leaders.
Why This Session Matters
Women leaders are facing burnout at alarming rates, with studies from McKinsey & LeanIn.org showing that women are 1.5x more likely than men to report experiencing burnout post-pandemic. This not only impacts their personal well-being but also jeopardizes the success of the very change they are tasked with leading. When leaders are overextended, the ripple effects permeate their teams, undermining morale, productivity, and the long-term sustainability of change efforts.
