Organizations are faced with constant change. One of the many changes is that today’s workforce is aging, and the generations behind the Baby Boomers are increasingly diverse.
- How is your organization preparing for these changes?
- What is your organization doing, and how are your talent and organization development professionals preparing their leaders for these demographic changes?
This session will address these trends and place the mirror for you and your organization to reflect on what they are proactively doing (or not) regarding these human capital changes and what is evolving into a Perfect Human Capital Storm. Last, the participant will leave with insights and considerations for their changing organizations.
