The People Experience Americas Lead, is accountable for building relationships and providing advice to C-Suite executives and Corporate Real Estate Executives regarding the products, services and platforms to achieve their vision and strategy. They will focus on setting the direction for the People Experience Practice in region and tracking value with senior executives, along with an axis around the overall Real Estate agenda. S/he will work collaboratively with diverse clients and real estate experts to solve for the strategy, design, selection, and implementation of the necessary solutions to deliver meaningful financial and operational objectives. S/he will also lead and grow a team of consultants who ensure that our recommendations are tangible and constructed in such a way as to support the success of the overall client enterprise and their business transformation objectives. Reporting to the Global People Experience Practice Lead, this role will be accountable for growing the People Experience consulting business to a market leadership position in the Americas.
