Chief People & Wellbeing Officer (CPWO)

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Chief People & Wellbeing Officer (CPWO) is a trusted partner, colleague, and key communicator to the senior leadership team and, as such, needs to bring creativity, communication and technology skill sets to the table. The CPWO is a strong advocate for employee wellbeing, diversity, and equality and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and design of Catalight’s talent architecture, as well as the company’s total rewards, recruitment, learning & development programs. Catalight has been on a journey to create a center office model with its shared service functions, and this role would lead the People services for Catalight and its affiliates. Catalight has also been working to transform its compensation and benefits practices designing a more equitable system, and this role will lead this work in partnership with our Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) Advocate team.
