DIRECTOR, DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION, Development & Alumni Relations, Strategic Talent Management

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Advancement Resources and Strategic Talent Management (AVP), the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Senior Diversity Officer will partner with and give guidance to senior-level management to help develop innovative and measurable solutions to help us move toward a more diverse workplace and inclusive culture in Development & Alumni Relations (DAR) to advance business needs, retain talent and build a strong community. As a member of the Strategic Talent Management team (STM), The Director will work in collaboration with Boston University’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion (BU D&I), DAR’s Diversity Council, other industry organizations and leading practitioners in the field. The Director will be an active member and leader in the advancement sector.
