Training Needs Assessment: Utilize performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs across different locations, teams, and individual employees.
Career Development: Craft career plans for employees, ensuring a clear path for their growth and development within the organization.
Product Training Design: Design and develop training programs aligned with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
Learning Program Oversight: Oversee learning activities, curricula, and resources to ensure effective implementation of training programs.
Budget Management: Manage quarterly and annual training budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Course Evaluation: Evaluate the results and effectiveness of learning courses, making improvements as needed.
Coaching and Mentorship: Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
New Training Methods: Recommend and introduce new training methods, including e-learning courses and game-based platforms, to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven work experience as a Director of Training and Development.
In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods.
Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
