The Senior Director of Talent Management & Development will transform our talent development, talent management, employee listening, and leadership development strategies and programs to build talent for the next phase of iRhythm’s growth.

The ideal candidate will cultivate solid and collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR partners, identify opportunities to enhance our culture, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness, and build and deploy talent programs and processes that are scalable, pragmatic, and have measurable impact.
