This Vice President of Organizational Development (VPOD) will provide leadership and direction to all aspects of the design and implementation of organizational development, global learning, and employee engagement initiatives to enable and drive a culture of excellence at MRO. The incumbent will have a history of delivering organization-wide results. VPOD will identify performance interventions, programs, and strategies and evaluate and measure the organizational effectiveness of critical operational and strategic projects. Key areas of responsibility include organizational development, leadership development, performance management, succession, organizational learning, and effectiveness. The VPOD will work under the guidance of MRO’s CHRO and will be part of MRO Senior Management Team. VPOD will engage senior-level stakeholders from various company departments and align the initiatives created to support a growth-based company.
