Organizational Change Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is searching for an Organizational Change & Learning Manager to oversee the development of training programs, enhance internal communication, and provide direction to leadership and project teams in implementing change management strategies. This person will take primary responsibility for offering guidance and methods to ensure successful change facilitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes change management and learning strategies.
  • Collaborates with the business on training needs and plan development, creating and leading system-based trainings and communication plans.
  • Manages training development projects, including LMS content.
  • Facilitates on-site and virtual training sessions, ensuring course compliance.
  • Builds and cultivates relationships with varying key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years in Organizational Change Management/Learning and Development
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience in SOPs, training creation, and “training the trainer”
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Familiarity with HR systems
