The Vice President, Culture and Experience serves as the strategic lead and is responsible for development and integration of Culture and Experience division in Human Resources and related key departments, programs, and initiatives. Key departments include i) Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, ii) Employee Experience and Listening, and iii) Organizational Development, Change Management, and Resilience. This role is further responsible for the leading departmental leaders within the division for an integrated approach to Culture and Experience, as well as a strategic partnership across HR leadership and functions and broadly across RTI in support of our People Strategy focus on people, culture, and experience. This role will serve on the HR executive team and as an advisor to the Executive Vice President on organizational development, design, culture, and experience.
