    Patricia (Patti) Dammann, has collaborated with individuals, leadership and teams to facilitate change and individual, leadership, team and organizational growth.

    As the Institute of Organization's Development (IOD) President of Programs and  facilitator of IOD certification programs, Patti brings a practical approach honed through her experiences collaborating with fortune 100, nonprofits and government organizations in the area of strategic planning, process improvement, project and performance management, leadership development, team building, training design and facilitation, coaching and mentoring. She has served as a senior leader for over 8years and leads IOD's staff and facilitators.  She has traveled globally to lead OD Conferences for IOD using dialogic methods.

    Patti holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University

    She is a Registered Nurse with a speciality in Oncology.

    She is a Certified Professional Facilitator and Assessor (International Association of Facilitators), TD, and Oncology Nursing Society
